Common questions we can answer faster than you'd expect
Where is my order? Send your order number and we'll pull the tracking ourselves rather than sending you a link that says the same thing.
Is this right for my child's age? Tell us how old they are and whether they're forming letters yet. We'll tell you honestly if we think they're too young — we'd rather not sell you something that sits in a drawer.
Something arrived damaged. One photo is all we need. We replace it free and you keep whatever arrived.
