Free shipping on every order, everywhere we ship. No minimum, no surcharge at checkout.
Where we ship
Over 190 countries. We don't currently ship to the United Kingdom or the European Union.
How long it takes
Two options at checkout, both tracked:
- Tracked and Insured — free. 12 to 21 business days.
- Express Shipping — $4.95. 8 to 15 business days.
Both windows cover everything: 2 to 4 business days to pack and dispatch, then the rest in transit. Most orders arrive well before the far end of the range. We quote the slow end on purpose, because we would rather be early than apologising.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Tracking can sit unchanged for several days while a parcel moves between carriers — that's normal and doesn't mean it's lost.
Customs and duties
Parcels arriving from overseas can attract local import tax, GST/VAT or a courier handling fee on delivery, depending on your country. That charge comes from the carrier and your own customs authority, not from us, and we have no way to pay it on your behalf. In the United States, Australia and New Zealand there is normally nothing extra to pay.
Multiple parcels
Two-set orders may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days.
If it doesn't arrive
Nothing 20 business days after dispatch? Email us and we'll either resend it or refund you. You won't need to chase us twice.
Addresses
Please check your address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we'll contact you and resend it at no charge.
