7 days from delivery. Opened sets included — you can't tell whether the grooves suit your child without them writing in one, so we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Single sets: keep them. Email us and we'll refund you in full. We won't ask you to post them back — return freight costs more than the books, and posting them around the world to be thrown away helps nobody.

Two-set orders: send back the unopened set and we'll refund it in full. The opened one is covered by the rule above.

Damaged, missing or wrong: send one photo. We replace it free and you keep whatever arrived. No return needed — and this isn't limited to the 7-day window.

If the ink doesn't clear properly — the whole point of the set is that pages reset — tell us and we'll refund you without argument. That one's on us, not on you.

To start: email support@squigglewriting.com with your order number, within 7 days of your parcel arriving. We reply within one business day. Refunds land on your original card within 5–10 business days once approved.

Change of mind, wrong age, kid wasn't interested — all fine. You don't need a reason. Just tell us inside the first week.
