Refund policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund, opened sets included.

You cannot tell whether the grooves suit your child without them writing in one, so we do not require a set to stay sealed to remain eligible.

Single-set orders

Email us and we will refund you in full. We will not ask you to post the set back. Return freight costs more than the books, so please keep them or pass them on.

Two-set orders

Return the unopened set for a full refund of that set. The opened set is covered by the rule above and does not need to be returned.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Send us one photo. We will replace the item free of charge and you keep whatever arrived. No return is required, and this is not limited to the 7 day window.

If the ink does not clear

The whole premise of the set is that pages reset for reuse. If yours does not, tell us and we will refund you in full.

How to start a return or refund

Email support@squigglewriting.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Reasons

You do not need to give one. Change of mind, wrong age range, or your child simply not taking to it are all accepted.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. This is separate from the 7 day return window.

Where we ship

We ship to over 190 countries. We do not currently ship to the European Union or the United Kingdom. If that changes, customers in those regions will have the statutory 14 day cancellation right in addition to the terms above.
