Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to over 190 countries, including PO boxes and APO and FPO addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom or the European Union.

Delivery time

There are two options at checkout, both tracked. Tracked and Insured is free and takes 12 to 21 business days. Express Shipping is $4.95 and takes 8 to 15 business days. Both windows include 2 to 4 business days to pack and dispatch, with the remainder in transit. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs and public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch. Tracking can remain unchanged for several days while a parcel moves between carriers. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and taxes

In the United States, Australia and New Zealand there is normally nothing extra to pay on delivery. Elsewhere, parcels arriving from overseas can attract local import tax, GST, VAT or a courier handling fee on delivery, depending on your country. Any such charge is levied by the carrier and your own customs authority, not by us, and we are unable to pay it on your behalf.

Multiple parcels

Two-set orders may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days.

Lost or undelivered orders

If nothing has arrived 20 business days after dispatch, email support@squigglewriting.com and we will resend the order or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and resend it at no charge.
